About Natalia


Natalia is an accredited and established London-based Executive Coach who specialises in coaching and developing Leaders, Executives and the teams of some of the world's most recognised organisations.

With an extensive background in investment banking and subsequent success as a business owner herself, Natalia’s expertise and highly effective approach to coaching have produced tangible and lasting results for the senior executives she has worked with.

Investment Banking

Natalia started her professional career in Investment Banking, first working at Dresdeer Kleinwort Benson in the Fixed Income Division, then moving to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the banking area, where she undertook project finance assignments in the CEE (Central Eastern Europe) and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent states).

These roles gave Natalia broad experience in international capital markets and a good understanding of the workings of large banking organisations. In addition, working in the financial sector enabled Natalia to understand some of the stresses and tensions faced by leaders and executives working in these high-pressure environments.

Executive Search Consultancy

Natalia left the City in 2001 to work as an Executive Search consultant for Execuzen, a global Executive Search firm with headquarters in London. In 2007 she left Execuzen to realise her life long ambition of setting up her own business and founded NMP Associates, an Executive Search firm, which she ran for five years.

During her time as an executive search consultant, Natalia had the opportunity to meet a wide range of executives and business clientele. For years she supported these professionals in a variety of areas, from career choices, promotions and compensation to achieving work–life balance. This gave Natalia an excellent understanding of the challenges, fears, frustrations and pressures experienced by many professionals in the corporate world. It was then that Natalia discovered the power of open, challenging and encouraging conversations to help her clients to achieve their goals, improve their performance and, most importantly, increase their personal satisfaction.

Executive Coaching

During her time working as an Executive Search consultant, Natalia discovered a passion for coaching and mentoring individuals in their career and life choices. Her natural ability to listen, a strong sense of empathy and her breadth of professional experience equipped her to quickly gain credibility with her clients and add real value to their professional journeys.

In 2012, Natalia obtained her Coaching Certification and founded Rubicon Executive Coaching – rebranded in 2018 to Natalia Peraita Coaching – a coaching and consulting practice to which she now devotes all her time.

Natalia’s extensive experience in the financial markets, together with her genuine bi-cultural background and international outlook, have given her a broad understanding and aptitude for working across organisational and cultural boundaries.

Natalia is passionate about working with women at different stages of their careers. She is particularly interested in developing leading women. She has been involved in the  design and delivery of  women’s leadership programmes for various global organisations. She  also  has a deep  expertise in parental transition coaching, and has worked for many years supporting parents before, during and after parental leave.

    Natalia holds a BSc Economics degree from University College London (UCL) and a postgraduate in European Studies from the London School of Economics (LSE).

    She has achieved status of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by International Coach Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
